December 24, 2012

The Valero Alamo Bowl, in conjunction with Oregon State University, Texas Exes San Antonio Chapter and Valero, is helping the San Antonio Food Bank collect food this holiday season by offering a free ticket to the 20th Annual Valero Alamo Bowl. For every 20 items from SAFB’s Top 20 “most needed list” or a $40 cash donation, you will receive one game ticket to the 20th Valero Alamo Bowl game, while supplies last, courtesy of Oregon State and Valero. Limit 4 tickets per person.

The Valero Alamo Bowl will match all onsite cash donations up to $20,000. The Top 20 donors from Friday morning will also be entered into a drawing to win four additional 50-yard tickets to the 20th Annual Valero Alamo Bowl.

Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted on Friday, December 28th in the parking lot of the San Antonio Food Bank located at 5200 W. Old US Highway 90, San Antonio, TX 78227 beginning at 9 a.m. and will run until tickets run out or 4 p.m., whichever comes first. UPDATE: We will also be accepting donations on Saturday, December 29th in our lobby starting at 9a.m. until noon or until tickets run out.
